This was my first foray into audience analysis and the use of visual representation. I needed to understand that my target audience consisted of executives and financial analysts; to present my recommendations, I needed to show that I had done my research, that I was aware of the distances involved, and that I had conducted an analysis of the costs of leasing versus the costs of owning.
